How I quit Smoking



  1. It's very hard to quit. I tried so many times, using all manner of NRT and pills, but like you I enjoyed it too much to give up completely until I found my e-cig - I love it, so much better than real cigs. I used to smoke up to 30 a day and now I only get through a packet a month and I only smoke when I'm at work (3 days a week I have one in my break with a cup of tea) I'll get down to zero eventually!!
